Biography
Mustafa Gandhi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Crystal Group, a 37-year-old real estate infrastructure company. He began his journey in real estate in 2015 in Gujarat, India, working closely with the MD & CEO of the company. As a second-generation entrepreneur, Mustafa plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion and evolution on a global scale.

Despite his young age, Mustafa has taken charge of key areas including marketing strategy, research and development, technology, and operations. He holds a degree in Economics from CUNY Baruch College in New York City, which has provided him with a strong foundation for his leadership role.

Under his guidance, Crystal Group has excelled across various verticals in real estate infrastructure. Mustafa is now focused on transforming the company into a dynamic and innovative real estate conglomerate that resonates with the demands of a modern, global market.
