Rashmi Sen, with 25 years of industry experience, is the Group COO of The Phoenix Mills Ltd, India’s largest retail mall developer. Over her 14 years with the company, she has significantly contributed to the growth of Phoenix malls, leading the launch of the Phoenix Market City Malls and shaping the group’s long-term retail vision. Before joining Phoenix, she held key roles at J. Walter Thompson, Mahindra Gesco, and Alpha G Corp, where she gained experience in residential, commercial, and business real estate projects, including leading the launch of Alpha One Centres.
