Biography
In his last role as ION General Manager; Carlos had the responsibility to consolidate the company, ensure a steady growth for the business and to build an scalable model for a fee based company that look to serve individuals and housing developers in Mexico.
At Scotiabank, Carlos spent + 25 years in different areas; in his last role as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking for Mexico, he was responsible for the areas of Banking Products, Sales & Service, Distribution Channels, Contact Centre and Marketing.
He studied business administration in Mexico and banking in the GSB program at LSU, has a diploma in Banking and Finance from the ITESM, as well a diploma in Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School.
