Edwin Leonardo Tello Barrios serves as Chief LATAM at ICREA (International Computer Room Experts Association) and is the current President of ACOLDC (Colombian Data Center and Technology Association). An electronic engineer with over 25 years of experience, he has played a key role in expanding data center infrastructure across Latin America, leading regional teams, forging strategic alliances, and driving technology innovation. His career reflects a strong commitment to advancing digital transformation and the growth of the data center industry in the region.
