Biography

Ingeniero Industrial y Administrador de Empresas, el Sr. Leal ha ocupado puestos ejecutivos en instituciones bancarias y de finanzas de consumo, incluyendo roles en Citi y Banco Uno Panamá. También ha sido Chief Product Officer y Head of Payments en una empresa de servicios financieros en Centroamérica y México.

Como emprendedor fintech, fundó una empresa en 2015 que transformó el acceso al crédito en Costa Rica mediante el uso de inteligencia artificial. Ha formado parte de juntas directivas en la Asociación Fintech Centroamericana y Fintech Iberoamérica, y actualmente es miembro de la junta directiva de ULACIT. También fundó y dirigió una empresa de desarrollo de software que atiende a más de 30 bancos en las Américas.
