Before joining Minor Hotels, Mihovilovic held key roles in well-known hotel chains, where his contributions were crucial for the growth and consolidation of these companies' presence in Latin America.

He is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on development opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and overseeing expansion projects across Latin America.
