Cuenta con estudios de dirección general, liderazgo y transformación de negocios en Inalde, Kellogg de School of Management, Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión, entre otros.
Actualmente es Presidente de Davivienda Corredores. Fue Presidente de Helm y Jefe de la Mesa de Dinero en la misma firma. Ha ocupado cargos como Corredora de Bolsa para Consorcio Bursátil S.A, Directora del Departamento de Inversiones del Banco de Crédito, Gerente de Fondo Común Ordinario en Citibank Colombia, Trader de la Mesa de Dinero de Bancomercio y Abogada de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
