On the part of the seller I successfully led a 1.34 MM square feet transaction of Industrial Buildings located in the Tijuana market, overseeing all the due diligence process and deal closing.
With MMREIT Property Administration I effectively managed over 20 projects of Asset Repositioning, Tenant Improvements and Development on 2.5+ MM square feet of Industrial Space, located mainly in the Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez markets, with an approximate investment of $21+ MM usd.
At Atisa Group is responsible of Acquisitions/Dispositions, Development, Leasing and Property Management for the Atisa Industrial Portfolio.
