Biography
Adam Heller worked in finance at American Express for 5 years before leaving in 2012 to pursue his MBA at Columbia Business School. While at school he founded Heller Property Group and is currently developing two 350,000 SF distribution centers in Central Valley California. Upon graduation from Columbia, Adam joined Abingdon Square Partners, a privately held real estate company in Brooklyn. There he focused on acquiring mixed use properties in emerging neighborhoods such as Prospect Lefferts and East Flatbush. In 2016 he launched Workable City LLC. He has been leading the acquisition and fundraising process. He also serves on the board of directors of Doral Arrowwood, a 370-room resort and conference hotel in Westchester, New York.
Workable City Development is a developer and investor in mixed-use real estate throughout New York City. Our focus is on the adaptive reuse of underutilized assets by converting former schools, storage facilities, manufacturing and vacant properties into residential and commercial uses.
