Biography
Alexandre Guimarães holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism (FAUUSP), with a specialization in Finance (FGV) and is a Member (MRICS) and Registered Valuer (RICS RV) of the Royal Intitution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate market, he has been with CBRE since 2007 in the Valuation and Advisory Services department, where he is currently senior manager and responsible for appraisals throughout Brazil, focusing on the segments of real estate development, health, education, multifamily, and residential .
