Biography
Simone Santos, Sócia-Diretora da Binswanger+SDS e Coordenadora do Comitê de Real Estate da Abralog, iniciou sua atuação no mercado imobiliário logístico industrial em 1996, como estagiária na Herzog, uma das pioneiras no segmento de galpões, onde trabalhou por 22 anos - 18 como Diretora Comercial e de Novos Negócios da empresa.

Em abril de 2019, decidiu seguir novos rumos e fundou a SDS Properties, imobiliária especializada e 100% focada no segmento logístico industrial. Em 2023 fez a fusão da SDS Properties com a Binswanger, empresa de consultoria imobiliária há mais de 25 anos no Brasil. Em 2024 se tornou sócia da Taba Leilões.

Trabalhar para diversas Corporações e Investidores, em diferentes projetos, e em momentos extremos da economia brasileira, ajudam Simone a formar uma importante e potente leitura do mercado, fundamental para apoiar seus clientes na condução de seus projetos em todo o Brasil.
